About Elitac Wearables

At Elitac Wearables we are on a mission to improve the lives of 1 million people by 2035. We improve people’s daily lives with our meaningful wearables, combining textiles and electronics, haptic technology and sensor integrations. Our clients are active in the Medical, Safety, or Sports domains, where our wearables help improve quality of lifesafety, and performance.
We work in multidisciplinary Agile teams with designers, hardware engineers, software developers and researchers. We work on a variety of projects at the same time. Most of our research and development happens in-house at our office and Wearables Lab.

Our sales challenge

We are a small company operating worldwide, in an innovative niche market. We have an international network. From inside and outside this network we get requests to develop, participate, lead or coordinate projects. These (email) requests would need to be streamlined and handled with care and dedication, which now is not always the case.  

Besides client requests, we are always on the lookout for new projects, talking to possible prospects, nurturing leads, and visiting events and trade fairs. Because we are growing, our sales and marketing activities and campaigns now deserve your attention and dedication! 

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Specialist at Elitac Wearables, you will be the driving force behind identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads until they are ready to sign. Some leads find us through search engines or are already in our network. They have a need for developing a wearable and your main focus is to independently engage in contact and develop a deep understanding of their challenges and answering their questions (qualification). In close collaboration with your specialist colleagues, you will indicate the steps, costs and timelines needed for the project at hand. You will mainly be working from our great and modern office (home working allowed). 

Together with our lead specialists and project managers, you will create and communicate a budgetary quote followed by a proposal for custom product development projects requested. 

You will collaborate with our Head of Sales to ensure seamless lead handovers and foster a positive customer experience. 

You will assist in maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system. and you will contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. 

You will have the possibility to grow into the role of sales developer. 

What you will be doing

  • Qualify and enrich leads through effective communication via email or videocall and utilizing our CRM platform, HubSpot.  
  • Collaborate with head of sales to ensure seamless lead handovers and foster a positive customer experience.  
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns. 

About you

  • You have a background or experience in product design, hardware/electronics development, software development, selling services and/or the textile industry; 
  • You are able to qualify leads independently (according to our guidelines); 
  • You have experience with technology (product) development projects in B2B; 
  • You speak English fluently and Dutch. 
  • You live in the Netherlands 

EXTRA: 

  • You are experienced in sales funnels, creating quotations, sales tools and (CRM) tools (like HubSpot);  
  • You have 2 years experience in either a product development or sales; 
  • You are skilled in office and/or online tools such as Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, etc. 
  • You have experience in the medical technology domain; 
  • You are used to working in a fast growing / scale-up environment; 
  • You have experience with creating, fine-tuning and/or professionalising sales processes; 

Soft skills

  • Commercially driven; 
  • Representable, enthusiastic & energetic (young at heart); 
  • Interested in technology, fashion and/or wearables.
  • Organised; 
  • Independent; yet a team player; 
  • Great communications skills; 
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
